Bought a Fave voucher, $28+ for gel mani + classic pedi. A bit of hard selling to top up for this and that, but I rejected and there was no issues. I’m quite pleased with my experience and I love my nails (the are very sparkly in person). Didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. Pedicurist took her time to clean off all the dead skin and cuticles. Manicurist was really great too and she tried to build on the glitter without making my nails too chunky.

They didn’t make any small talk with me, which is good because I got to relax. Salon is clean and tidy. Overall good experience.

I would recommend anyone who has been patrolling at N20 spa to get their packages as it can be used at any of their other outlets.

For this branch, I would recommend Lily, Yummie and Hailey. If you want eyebrow embroidery and fanciful harajuku vibe nail arts that will be Yummie. If you prefer a straight forward nail tech then you can book for Lily.

The final nail art was beautifully done. Coco was determined to tackle all my calluses with her full strength. I appreciate her dedication in want f to do a good job.

The lovely silver haired lady, who goes by the name Miko also provided exceptional service for my mum. The gentle care and carefee banter that she engaged my mum with was greatly appreciated. Her nail art was also exquisite.
